Partnership Workings With Sussex Police

Selsey Town Council continues to work closely with the Police, opening our building to maintain a Police presence in Selsey.  We also actively contribute to the funding of our Community Warden, Neil Hill who works closely with the Police and Selsey community.  This is in addition to our contribution to the provision of CCTV within Selsey and our support of community led schemes to tackle local concerns.

In response to discussions on Social Media, Selsey Town Council are presently confirming a date for a public forum with the Sussex Police via Zoom, to give residents the opportunity to raise their concerns direct.   Please keep an eye out on www.selseytowncouncil.gov.uk and our Facebook page for further information on how to submit your questions.

We stress the importance of reporting incidents direct to the police via 101.  If you are reporting a vehicle specific crime please do so via http://www.operationcrackdown.org/  As a direct result of a recent rise in reporting incidents, patrols in the North of Selsey have increased.

We encourage residents to contact Selsey Town Council direct to find out how Selsey Town Council has been working closely with the Police and community led schemes for the security and well-being of our residents.
