Agendas and minutes will be published here for all committee meetings.

In light of recent abuses of communications and social media towards Councillors and members of staff, Selsey Town Council insists that all members of the public attending our public meetings will now be required to be seen in person on the Zoom network for the duration of the meeting.  Prior to the outbreak Covid-19 members of the public had to be physically present at Council Meetings in order to take part.  Selsey Town Council feel that the anonymity of individuals is leading to abuses on social media and the increasing of 'trolling' activities.   A copy of our Virtual Meeting Protocol can be downloaded here

 

The next Full Council Meeting is on Wednesday 16 June 2021 and will take place via the Zoom virtual meeting platform.  Members of the public wishing to attend and/or make representations at the meeting will need to contact the Deputy Clerk for an access code before 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting.  You must sign in to Zoom prior to entering the access code. Note that members of the public wishing to speak will need to notify the Deputy Clerk by 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting and are limited to 3 minutes and overall public participation is usually limited to 30 minutes to allow the efficient conduct of business. This can be done by calling the office on 01243 605803 or by email to enquiries@selseytowncouncil.gov.uk.

The next Planning Committee Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 5 May 2021 at 7:00pm and will take place via the Zoom virtual meeting platform.  Members of the public wishing to attend and/or make representations at the meeting will need to contact the Deputy Clerk for an access code before 1:00pm on the day of the meeting.  You must sign in to Zoom prior to entering the access code. Note that members of the public wishing to speak will also need to notify the Deputy Clerk by 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting and are limited to 3 minutes and overall public participation is usually limited to 30 minutes to allow the efficient conduct of business.

The Planning Committee will consider its comments on planning applications circulated for Weeks 16, 17 & 18 as per the Agenda . To share your views please contact the Deputy Clerk on enquiries@selseytowncouncil.gov.uk before 1:00pm on Wednesday 5 May 2021.
