Minutes and agendas

Agendas and minutes will be published here for all committee meetings.

Government Guidelines have now permitted Council meetings to commence face to face and there will no longer be any meetings via the Zoom virtual meeting platform.

Members of the Public have a right and are welcome to attend Council and Committee meetings but should note that the number of spaces are limited within the Town Hall and will be on a pre-booked basis.

The recently postponed Full Council Meeting will now take place on Wednesday 28th September 2022 at 7:30pm.

Members of the public wishing to attend and/or make representations at the meeting will need to contact the Town Clerk before 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting and are limited to 3 minutes and overall public participation is usually limited to 30 minutes to allow the efficient conduct of business. This can be done by calling the office on 01243 605803 or by email to enquiries@selseytowncouncil.gov.uk before 1:00pm on the day of the meeting.

The next Assets & Amenities Committee Meeting is on Wednesday 19th October 2022 at 7:30pm.  Members of the public wishing to attend and/or make representations at the meeting will need to contact the Town Clerk 1:00 pm on the day of the meeting and are limited to 3 minutes and overall public participation is usually limited to 30 minutes to allow the efficient conduct of business. The Planning Committee will consider its comments on planning applications circulated as per the Agenda. To share your views please contact the Clerk on enquiries@selseytowncouncil.gov.uk before 1:00pm on the day of the meeting.
