In June 2015 Selsey Town Council, having received a large sum of money from the surrender of a lease, created the Community Fund and invited ideas, suggestions and projects to be submitted for funding. The Community Fund Panel, made up of Town Councillors, considered the benefit of all those applications put forward and awards were made to various groups and charities in April 2016 at the Annual Town Meeting. Funding of £125,000 remains available and so a new Community Fund Panel was convened in July 2016.
The Panel would encourage suggestions that would deliver something of lasting impact and significance for the whole community. Is there something in Selsey that you've always wanted to see or do? What could put Selsey on the map? Please download the form and get thinking!
